Dr. Anilrai Sangham, PhD
Director | Healthcare & Humanitarian Affairs
Dr. Anilrai Sangham is a South African healthcare professional based in Durban, bringing over 40 years of experience within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held senior roles across marketing, sales, pharmaceutical regulatory services, management, research and corporate leadership, including serving as a director of a pharmaceutical company. He has also contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer and postgraduate supervisor at the Durban University of Technology.
Dr. Sangham's expertise is centred on healthcare development, medical procurement, research and humanitarian initiatives across Africa and the wider Global South. His extensive industry knowledge and commitment to improving access to quality healthcare continue to support Sofia Healthcare (Pty) Ltd's mission of delivering reliable healthcare solutions throughout the continent.
